We like to inspect the property before we give a quote.
There are factors in and around a structure that will
help us determine a fair price for our service. Square
footage though is a major factor.
General Pests: are a common concern in homes and
businesses. The method and frequency of treatment
usually depends on the environment surrounding the
structure. Plant and shrub beds will be more conducive
to harboring insects then a structure that has cement
driveways or walkways butting up against them.
Mice and Rodents: nearby open fields, waterways, train
tracks, garbage/debris/dumps,
Large Animal: trapping includes raccoons, opossums,
and squirrels. Trees and woody areas are factors in
having large animals as pests. Leaving dog or cat food
outside is an invitation to critters to hang around as
well. We charge a non-refundable deposit fee ($90.00
plus tax) for each trap we set, as well as a fee for each
animal we remove.
Lawns: are treated for fleas and ants along with grubs
and weeds. Also we fertilize lawns as well.
Termites: treatments can range from a "spot
treatment" where we only treat the areas of infestation
or a "partial treatment" where we treat the perimeter of
the structure and any areas of the structure that need
treatment.
